The Lewis Lehrman Junior Visiting Fellows

The Lehrman Fellowship

From time to time the Witherspoon Institute invites interested graduate students composing their dissertations and scholars who have recently completed their Ph.D. to become Lehrman Junior Visiting Fellows of the Witherspoon Institute.

All Lehrman Fellows spend an academic year in residence at the Witherspoon Institute in Princeton, New Jersey in order to work on a project of their devising that harmonizes with the goals of the Witherspoon Institute.

Lehrman Fellows are expected to be devoted full-time to their proposed research. They are, however, encouraged to attend or to participate in various activities available in the Princeton intellectual community, including public lectures, conferences, and other events at Princeton University, the Institute for Advanced Study, the Center of Theological Inquiry, and the Princeton Theological Seminary.
